  • Late payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination of services

ClickRey reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice for ongoing services.

5. Project Delivery & Timelines

We aim to deliver all projects within agreed timelines. However:

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
  • Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late feedback, missing content) are not the responsibility of ClickRey
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines and costs

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

ClickRey provides a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the project scope.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges
  • Any changes to the original scope must be requested in writing
  • ClickRey reserves the right to evaluate and quote additional costs for scope changes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Final deliverables become the property of the client
  • ClickRey retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Source files, drafts, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of ClickRey
  • Third-party tools, plugins, or licenses remain subject to their respective terms

8. Third-Party Services

ClickRey may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., advertising platforms, hosting providers, plugins).

  • We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party services
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining accounts, subscriptions, or licenses unless otherwise agreed

9. Performance Disclaimer

While ClickRey uses proven strategies and best practices:

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic levels, or sales
  • Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors including competition, market conditions, and client cooperation

All services are provided with the intention of achieving measurable improvements, but results may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ClickRey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Website downtime caused by third-party providers
  • Data loss due to external factors beyond our control

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent
  • This obligation continues even after the termination of services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

ClickRey reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are not met

  • Communication becomes unreasonably delayed or uncooperative

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments remain due
  • Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered upon payment
